Referral Sources
The Make-A-Wish Foundation accepts referrals for potential wish children from:

• Parents
• Guardians of the child
• Medical professionals
• The children themselves
• Family and friends

Wish Eligibility
Children who are at least 3 years of age, but have not yet reached their 18th birthday, may be referred to the Foundation. For additional information on wish eligibility,

Refer a Child (Outside the United States)
To refer a child that lives outside the United States or one of its territories, please use our online wish referral form.
