The mission of Make-A-Wish International is to create hope and happiness for children with life-threatening illnesses around the world outside of the United States.

Make-A-Wish Global Reach
Make-A-Wish has become the largest wish-granting organization in the world and can be found in 30 countries on five continents. Make-A-Wish International serves children outside the United States, while the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America serves children within the United States. Both organizations have granted more than 187,000 wishes around the world since 1980.
